Yes. The Octobyte plan covers the platform and our support. Meta charges its own rate for each conversation, billed straight to your Meta account. Service, utility and marketing conversations are priced differently in India. We add nothing on top of those rates.
A number running on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the API, but once migrated it works only from the dashboard, not the app. Chat history does not carry over, which is why most businesses start with a fresh number.
No. The green tick is granted by Meta based on your brand's news coverage and public presence. We file the application correctly and refile if it is rejected, but the decision stays with Meta.
You get renewal reminders 15 days and 7 days before expiry. If you do not renew, the dashboard becomes read-only and your number and templates stay safe for 30 days.
Yes. Your GST invoice is emailed within 24 hours of payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it will be printed on the invoice so you can claim input credit.
